Luba Waste Management Services SL




Aprenco’s first involvement with Luba Waste Management Services in Equatorial Guinea was in 2024 when the Health, Safety and Environmental systems were written to conform to ISO14001 and ISO45001. The site has slowly developed with additional processing equipment being added and now the Addfield C200 incinerator has been commissioned for the disposal of hazardous wastes from the oil and gas industry.

Tawazon Group (ENTAG & ECARU)

Working between Cairo (Obour City), Al Mansour, Al Manzalah and Agga, Aprenco offered support and assistance with installed equipment, warranty issues, sourcing equipment and spares from international suppiers and contributed to the preparation of tenders for the MENA region.

Aprenco provided local support for the suppliers, Bollegraaf, EuRec and Jöst assisting the ENTAG engineering technicians with finding answers to questions arising from the waste being processed.

The Sandoub facility is our largest MRF built to date (2023.) APRENCO provided operational and maintenance training for staff and management as well as after-sales service and liaison with the Governorate, end-user and suppliers.

APRENCO provided training for the local installation technicians as well as operational and maintenance training for the end-users’ staff and management. An important role was maintaining a clear interface for the Governorate, installers, operators and other stakeholders.

HEPCA provide waste management for the city and hotels serving the tourist industry. The intention is to reduce waste reaching the Red Sea and damaging the fragile ecosystems. APRENCO provided operational and maintenance training for staff and management.

Worked on developing a World Class Health and Safety programme and to assist with the companies plans to use more sustainable fuels, notably waste derived products, so that customers (cement companies) could reduce their reliance on fossil fuels.

Site Manager, Health and Safety services and Project Management and liaison between international suppliers, client and customer. The project was to build a MBT capable of processing up to 1 million tons of MSW a year, recovering recyclables and producing a compost-like-output for landfill cover and remediation.

Site Manager, Health and Safety services and Project Management and liaison between international suppliers, client and customer. The project was the refurbishment and updating of a large MBT for AmeyCespa on behalf of Cambridgeshire CC.

Project Manager and Site Manager overseeing construction and installation of first specialised C & D MRF in Portugal. Task needed management of on-time delivery of components from multiple suppliers and the training of staff and management in operations, maintenance and safety.

Led the design, construction and operational teams, sourcing suppliers and project managed the £4.5m construction. Managed the plant, developed staff training, maintenance procedures and SWP’s and developed novel markets in Europe and the far East for plastics, WEEE and other recovered materials.
