APRENCO works primarily alongside suppliers and end-users with the goal of achieving maximum operational efficiency of the equipment. This is achieved by project management of installations, site management, inter-company liaison, training and mentoring.

The latter is particularly important where a novel technology is being introduced to a market, or where an experienced waste management company is expanding into new areas or has upgraded its processing methods and capacities. Yes, their people are experienced and that is a great start, but in consultation with APRENCO, the learning curve can be reduced and best-practices introduced from the beginning of operations.
In the ideal world, processing companies would have their maintenance and operational technicians involved from the start of installation so that they are aware of what the issues may be in order to avoid or mitigate them by good planning.

Building responsibility and self-reliance is core to the development of a good team, ensuring that managers and directors can concentrate on strategic thinking rather than worrying about the immediacies which should take care of themselves. This is what APRENCO offers.

By having APRENCO’s knowledge, experience and motivation at hand, customers find a much smoother and more efficient route to operational excellence and profitability.
Plans for the future …

By working with designers, engineers, investors, NGO’s and the public, APRENCO wishes to put into production a series of energy products which are suitable for use in remote areas, are easily maintained and, relevant to the local population. The goal is to bring power, light, heating and cooling to off-grid communities by utilising sustainable, carbon-neutral, local resources.
